Premtech come to Ivanhoe

CWC Group are delighted to announce that a deal has been agreed with Premtech for the construction of a bespoke Grade A office of just over 5,500 sq ft at Ivanhoe Business Park, Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

Already based in Ashby, Premtech have taken the decision to relocate from their current office base and secure a prime new design and build opportunity on Ivanhoe Business Park, a location unrivalled in the region benefiting from ease of access to the centre of Ashby and the M/A42 whilst also encountering none of the parking and access problems associated with other schemes in the region.

With work due to start on site any day, this latest development will augment buildings currently under construction for Tame Logistics, Woodward Vets and Incredible Kids Day Nursery, plus seven trade counter/industrial/warehouse units which are being built speculatively to meet market demand.

Overseeing the transaction and the construction of the new building is development Director at CWC Group, James Richards, who added:

Our faith in the location is such that we are speculatively constructing seven further small warehouse/trade counter/industrial units which will be available for occupation before the year end and already three of these are under offer.”
