Warehouse handed over at Ashby

CWC Group are pleased to announce the practical completion of a bespoke 26,000 sqft warehouse with dock and level access loading, tailor made for expanding occupier, Tame Park Logistics at Ivanhoe Business Park, Ashby-de-la-Zouch.  Delivered four weeks ahead of schedule, this building sets a standard within the region for construction, being built to an exacting specification and offering a superb distribution centre.

We still have plenty of land left at Ivanhoe for new development for any office, manufacturing or distribution occupier on a sale or rental basis.  The site has been so successful that we also plan to speculatively develop further on the site.  Seven trade counter units are currently being built, of which three have already been sold or let.  Four units remain available which will be complete at the end of the year.  Plans are then afoot to speculatively build office space on the site to meet the strong demand this location attracts.”
